Greetings! I've embarked on a journey to pen down release notes, offering a deeper insight into the advancements of our AesthetiDocs Engineering & Product Team. Stay up-to-date with our latest features and critical updates, and maximize the potential of our systems. Don't miss out!

Calendar face-lift

We're excited to announce enhanced features in the calendar view, aiming to make your experience even more intuitive and informative. Now, you can easily check if your patient has completed their medical history questionnaire, verify payment for services, and view scheduled procedures at a glance. We’ve introduced colour coding for service groups for quicker service type identification.

Additionally, we’ve unveiled two new calendar sizes to cater to your viewing preferences. Opt for the compact view to see your entire day within your screen's visible area, ensuring you have a comprehensive overview without scrolling. Or, choose the large view (same as you were used to) for an in-depth look at your day’s schedule.

Consent forms user experience

In the intricate design world, colour plays a crucial role in guiding user actions. We've noticed that users often automatically associate certain colours with specific actions. If a dominant theme colour is usually linked to submitting actions, any other button with the same colour might create confusion. This was observed with the 'erase' button on the consent form.

Understanding the potential for misunderstanding, we have rectified this issue to enhance user experience. Now, distinct colours differentiate the 'erase' and 'save' buttons, clearly indicating the nature of the action - 'erase' as a destructive action with a rubber icon and 'save' as a submit action. This subtle yet significant change aims to ensure seamless, error-free interactions with the form, enhancing usability and preventing accidental data loss.
