Log into your account and navigate to the Patients tab in the main menu.
Find the patient by searching their name, email, or phone number, or select them from your patient list.
2. Overview of the Patient Profile
The profile provides a complete 360-degree view of the patient. Key sections include:
Personal Details: Name, date of birth, contact information, and GP details.
Appointment Timeline: All upcoming and past appointments. Click on any past appointment to view its full details, including clinical notes, photos, and completed forms on a single page.
Forms & Documents: All completed medical questionnaires and forms, with timestamps.
Prescriptions: A record of any prescriptions issued.
Communication Log: A history of all automated and manual emails and SMS messages sent to the patient through the system. You can view the content of sent messages here.
Photos: A consolidated gallery of all photos taken across every appointment.
3. Key Actions and Features
From the patient profile, you can perform several important actions:
Send Direct Communications
Click Email or Text to send a message directly to the patient. These messages are logged in the Communication Log.
Manage Patient Alerts
Use the Alerts section to flag important information (e.g., "hooded brows," "prone to fainting," known complications).
These alerts will pop up to warn you before you start an appointment with the patient.
Upload External Documents
Use the Documents upload feature to store any offline records (e.g., scanned forms, letters) directly in the patient's digital profile, keeping all information in one place.
View Medical Questionnaire
The patient's most recent medical questionnaire is displayed for quick review of potential contraindications before treatment.
Email Photos to the Patient
Patients often request their before/after photos. You can easily email them directly from the platform:
Go to the Photos section.
Select the images (up to three before and three after).
Add a subject and message.
Click send. The email will be saved in the Communication Log.
Create Photo Comparisons
While with a patient, use the photo tool to quickly create a before-and-after comparison slider from different appointments to facilitate discussion.
